Students can even select how they learn. The offerings of this winter will be physics, health, civics and personal finance. The school is even planning to start other online courses in the coming future. The school authorities know that the online courses require very strong and efficient teachers. The teachers of the Kirkwood High School who will be handling the online courses will have a very busy summer this year since they will have to undergo course training of sixty hours and course development programs. The educational department of the state started offering the online courses just two years ago and is getting mixed results and responses.

The Kirkwood High School is working so close with the state since both of the parties are trying to study from each other. The most significant change in our course when compared to the other offerings will be the tests which are conducted before the course even starts. This will enable the teachers to analyse the students and their knowledge. The students taking up the course will also be happy with the versatility the course is offering. This feature will enable the choosing of the course works on the basis of the students’ weaknesses and strengths. The institution is ensuring that the entire summer will be spend on development of the course as they have to pilot the course by this fall.
